As Director of Business Development my general responsibilities will be to assure @bigger.net are recognized leading role in the Internet Computer-based communication industry by providing FREE Unmetered-Unlimited Internet access and support.

Build, motivate, and run the sales, and marketing of a world-class organization to provide the above capability.

Specific responsibilities include: Conduct and oversee all sales, marketing and public relations activities.

STEP ONE Continue endeavor to raise money to fund the national champagne to serve the north American continent Network with current friends and associates to find venture capitalists and individuals who would consider finding a 30 million project. Form a venture capitalist group, if major strides can be made to gather the funds on a timely matter.

MARKETING After the Public Relations (PR) campaign is well under way to operating according to plan for maximizing publicity, the next step is to focus on maximizing the sale of @bigger.net's products and services.

Our endeavor will be to take a macro look at the Bay Area's picture to our market movement........... then duplicate the activities which result in the highest success rate for the other metropolitan areas

First, look at the number of units being sold on a daily basis in order to meet the budget requirements of the company as well as the marketing budget........

Establish a unit number per day target goal and break it down for each customer service/sales representative and a target goal for the day.........

Create an opportunity for a T.G.I.F. Parking lot Tailgate Party on Friday's after work. Consider to have the party when the company is profitable and hits their sales weekly sales goals.

Help all company employees to work towards a stated goal, keep moral high, and encourage Problems / Solutions sessions between departments

Corporate Mission Statement Program

Program goal:

Develop a mission statement for bigger.net that is the defining declaration of this concern. This declaration will bind all bigger.net people together as a force working in smooth unison on a common concern in a corresponding direction.

To do this we will establish a Corporate Mission Statement. After reviewing the corporate statement each department head will write their Department Mission Statement. After reviewing the corporate and department statement, each associate will write their Personal Mission Statement.

Each Mission Statement will be review by top management with the author. This will be a great communication tool for both associate and leadership, sustaining synergistic energy in bigger.net.
